Gravity Applications

A proven performer for trailer loading and unloading. Best/Flex gravity skate-wheel conveyors provide an economical solution in materials handling. Available in two models, BF200 & BF300, the Best/Flex Flexible and Expandable range of Gravity Skate-wheel Conveyors are ideally suited for packaging, transporting and manufacturing lines.

The BF200 & BF300 series comes standard with 48mm diametre steel skate-wheels. The optional Impact Support is recommended for High Impact applications.

BF200 & BF300 are available with 127mm, 102mm and 76mm axle centres, and can be supplied in any length. Please consult LongReach for further details.

Technical specifications for BF300 series is as above, except for the load capacity which increases to 446kg per lineal metre.

150mm Castor option adds an additional 38mm to conveyor height, the adjustable range changes to 762mm - 1100mm.

The standard distance between axle centres when the conveyor is expanded is 127mm. Optional 76mm and 102mm axle centres is available. Please note that the optional conveyor centres alter compacted conveyor length, please consult LongReach.

Package Stops Stops cartons at the end of the conveyor. Package stop easily folds down when not in use.	Castors 127mm swivel/brake castors easily roll and lock into place. Optional 150mm castors are available.	Connect Brackets Quickly and Easily connects two or more conveyors together.	Side Rails Prevents cartons from skewing off conveyor in accumulation applications.
