This application is unloading electrical/electronic goods from 40' shipping containers onto pallets for warehousing.

Please note the embedded traverse tracks in the floor and electrical power delivery from a bus bar above the roller door via the mast on the right.

The boom pictured here is installed at the despatch end of a potato crisp manufacturing plant.  All products are loaded directly into 48' vans.  

Please note all the operator controls are located conveniently at the working end of the conveyor, in this installation there are duplicate controls located on both sides of the boom.  The workspace is illuminated by lamps mounted in the front control panel.

This is a typical configuration for mailbags and parcels in a postal centre.

This application is unloading tissue products from 48' containers for palletising and warehousing.

Cartons are generally unloaded at 30 cartons per minute by one person.  Change-over time to second container is less than four minutes.

This installation is ideally suited to warehouses without loading docks.  In this application cartons are transferred from the container to a palletising area via a fully integrated roller and belt auxiliary conveyor.

This application is handling express freight into a low-level sortation system.

The conveyors can be quickly repositioned to the next awaiting 45' pantech.
