Powered Applications
Best/Flex Powered Steel Roller Conveyors are perfectly suited for medium-volume trailer loading and unloading. Heavy Duty 150mm diametre castors make Power/Flex ideal for multi-door operations. The conveyor simply compacts down to 1/3 of it's expanded length for easy storage while not in use. Available in two models, P/F(1.5) & P/F(1.9), the Power/Flex operates from 240 volt supply. The Power/Flex provides a fast continuous flow of goods into or out of the trailer providing huge reductions in loading and unloading times. Power/Flex is constructed from Heavy Duty Extruded aluminium, Solid Steel Axles and Zinc Plated Steel Rollers with sealed bearings for longer life. Power/Flex is available with 38mm rollers and 48mm rollers for Extra Heavy Duty applications. |

Electronic Package Stop Super Optics serves as an electronic package stop to prevent cartons from falling off the end of the conveyor. When a carton reaches the discharge end of the conveyor it automatically stops. Once the carton is removed from the conveyor rollers the conveyor automatically restarts to bring the next carton into place.

Indexing
Option
The Super Optics package can also be set up to provide indexing. This feature actually enables you to electronically control the space between cartons for easier handling and bar code reading. With indexing, your cartons move a pre-determined distance then the entire conveyor stops. When you add more cartons the entire conveyor starts and stops as a total unit to gradually move the cartons towards the discharge end. Once you have finished loading the conveyor you can easily over ride the indexing feature to move all of the cartons continuously towards the discharge end. |
No Dead Spots
Power is transmitted to every roller via durable polyurethane drive belts, similar to line shaft conveyors.
Castors with Brakes
Heavy Duty 150mm Swivel Castors with Brakes roll easily and lock in place while Power/Flex is in use.
Control Box
The Control Box for the Power/Flex is located in the centre of the conveyor. The operator can easily adjust the line speed from 0 to 36 mtrs/min. On/Off switches are conveniently located at both ends of the conveyor. The Power/Flex can easily be reversed with a flip of a switch.
